Message when the circuit the resister will be used in is really a 20 volt circuit. The turbos are transformers and the current in the 20 volt circuits is physically limited to 200 units instead of the 300+ units of current the tested 1 volt circuit flows.

The 1 volt section (pipe from filter to turbo) really needs bigger wires. Bigger wires in the 20 volt section make the resister dissipate heat better. :)
